I am a grandpa now, living in a suburb with a home on three lots that are too much for me to groom properly.  But, I still have stories to tell.  I told bedtime stories to all three of my children and even when they were too “old” to listen, the boys would sneak upstairs and listen again and again as I told them to their little sister.

We lived in a house on an acre lot with no surrounding houses and a church across the street.  These stories took place in the yard of that country home.  We owned 22 beehives and learned a lot about honey bees as well as other bees.  Grumble Bumble lived close by the beehive on our property.  This is her story.  Enjoy.
